Cookie Policy

Last updated: 30 September 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how ADRintell (“we”, “us”, “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on this website, what they do, and the choices you have. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data more generally.

Who we are

This website is operated by Kingsley Egbuonu, trading as KE Research & Consulting, and his business affiliates. If you have any questions about this policy, please use the contact page.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your computer or mobile device when you visit. They let the site recognise your device, remember choices you have made, and help the site owner understand how the site is being used. Some cookies are placed by us (“first-party cookies”) and some by other organisations whose services we use (“third-party cookies”).

Cookies may be “session” cookies, which are deleted when you close your browser, or “persistent” cookies, which stay on your device until they expire or you delete them.

How we use cookies

We use cookies for two purposes only:

  • Strictly necessary cookies. These are needed for the website to work and cannot be switched off. They include the cookie that records your cookie preferences, cookies that protect our contact form against spam, and cookies that allow the site to be served quickly. We do not need your consent to use these cookies.
  • Analytics cookies. With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are read most, how visitors arrive at the site, and how long they stay. This helps us improve the content and design of the site. These cookies are only set if you choose “Accept all” in our cookie banner.

We do not use cookies for advertising, to build profiles of visitors, or to share information about you with advertisers.

Google Analytics is provided by Google LLC. The information generated by these cookies about your use of the website (including a truncated version of your IP address) is transmitted to and stored by Google. Google may transfer this information outside the United Kingdom. You can read how Google uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Other third-party services

Some parts of the site load resources from other providers. These do not set cookies on your device, but your browser will send them your IP address in order to fetch the resource:

  • Google Fonts (Google LLC) supplies the typefaces used on the site.
  • Hostinger (Hostinger International Ltd) hosts the website and provides some of its supporting services.

Links to other websites (for example LinkedIn, the Civil Mediation Council, or court and government websites) will take you away from this site. Those sites have their own cookie and privacy policies, which we recommend you read.

Your choices

When you first visit the site you will see a cookie banner giving you the choice to Accept all cookies or use Essential only. Analytics cookies are not set unless you accept them. Your choice is remembered for 12 months.

You can change your mind at any time by clicking Cookie settings at the bottom of any page, which will show the banner again. If you withdraw consent, we will stop collecting analytics data and remove the Google Analytics cookies from your device.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Instructions for the most common browsers are available at aboutcookies.org.uk. Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site, such as the contact form, from working properly.

The legal basis for our use of cookies

We use cookies in accordance with the applicable laws and rules in the UK. Strictly necessary cookies are used because they are essential to provide the service you have requested. Analytics cookies are used only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we add new services to the site. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top. If a change means we want to use new non-essential cookies, we will ask for your consent again.

Contact and complaints

If you have any questions about our use of cookies, please get in touch through the contact page. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK’s data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
