Sample article. The Unified Patent Court’s Patent Mediation and Arbitration Centre (PMAC) has begun accepting referrals from UPC divisions and from parties directly.
The centre offers mediation, arbitration and a fast-track early evaluation procedure. Judges at the interim conference stage are expected to ask parties whether they have considered a referral.
