CJEU president endorses the PMAC with a warning
The president of the Court of Justice of the EU, Koen Lenaerts, has warned that settlements, including arbitral awards, from the Patent Mediation and Arbitration Centre (PMAC) and those confirmed by the Unified Patent Court (UPC) may be subject to review before his court.
